Tricking
Martial Arts 'Tricking' is a relatively new sport which incorporates techniques from traditional martial arts (tae kwon do, wushu, capoeira), gymnastics and break-dancing in order to create an "aesthetic blend of kicks, flips and twists" - or more commonly known as 'tricks'. Tricking has no formal rules or regulations - it is purely self-expressive as a sport / art (however, there is a generally accepted list of tricks which vary in difficulty).
Our tricking sessions are designed to help you safely learn new tricks, and with dedicated practice progress through higher difficulty movements and unlock advanced variations.
