Free-Running

Freerunning is a creative expression through the freedom of movement.

Sometimes seen as the crossover between Tricking and Parkour, Freerunning combines together jumping, vaulting and climbing with acrobatic tricks such as sideflips and gainers in order to make maximum use of the environment to get a feel of flow.

Our Youth freerunning classes are designed for our more senior kids to get extra skill development and start working on advanced tricks. Additional participation in both the Parkour & Tricking classes are recommended to get the best overall Freerunning development. 

 

Training Times

Thursdays 

Kids Freerunning (All Levels) 6-7pm

Teens Freerunning (All Levels) 7-8pm

 

Friday

Open Gym 4-8pm

 

Saturday

Open Gym 1-4pm
