Free-Running
Freerunning is a creative expression through the freedom of movement.
Sometimes seen as the crossover between Tricking and Parkour, Freerunning combines together jumping, vaulting and climbing with acrobatic tricks such as sideflips and gainers from heights in order to make maximum use of the environment to get a feel of flow.
Our Teens freerunning classes are designed to extend beyond the fundamentals, and work on more advanced flows and complex mixed skils. Prior experience in both the Parkour & Tricking classes are recommended to get the best overall Freerunning development.
