Sometimes seen as the crossover between Tricking and Parkour, Freerunning is a creative expression through the freedom of movement.
Combining together jumping, vaulting and climbing with acrobatic tricks such as sideflips and gainers in order to make maximum use of the environment to get a feel of flow.
Adults Fundamentals Tues & Thurs 7-8pm
Open Gym Mon-Thurs 8-9pm
Adults trainings are run as an open session with senior team members available for guidance. Some prior experience in the Parkour and/or Tricking sessions is recommended.
Our Youth freerunning classes are designed for our more senior kids to get extra skill development and start working on advanced tricks. Participation in this class is by invite-only and prior experience in the kids Parkour class is required.
