Federico (a.k.a Rico) has a long history with the martial arts - ranging from Karate to Muay Thai and BJJ. His involvement with the team at CORE MMA led to Rico being introduced to Project AIR and dedicating himself to the ongoing study of Tricking & Free-Running.
Rico's specialities include Strength training with Gymnastics, Weightlifting and Callisthenics. He likes to focus on strength, flexibility and learning new patterns to unlock more options for movement.
